The Border Security Force (BSF) has issued the notification for the Constable (Tradesman) posts. The BSF Tradesman Admit Card 2025 has been released for the Physical Test, which is scheduled to be conducted from 26 December 2025 to 20 March 2026. The vacancy count has been revised, with 48 additional posts added for Uttar Pradesh, Tripura, Rajasthan, and Andhra Pradesh.

Selection Stages

  • Stage 1: PST & PET – Measurement of height, chest, weight, and a running test.
  • Stage 2: Trade Test – Skill test related to the applied trade (such as Cook, Barber, Washerman, etc.).
  • Stage 3: Written Exam – Objective test of 100 marks (minimum qualifying marks: 35% for General/Ex-Servicemen, 33% for SC/ST/OBC).
  • Stage 4: Medical Examination – Detailed medical check to confirm fitness.

Final Selection
The merit list is prepared based on written exam marks of candidates who clear all stages successfully.
